been doing a little reading and a lot of praying, and I
believe that the time has come...
So, I invite all of my family and friends to join me and
accept the Healthy Weight 2020 Challenge!

am launching this initiative on January 1, 2019. So why, you
may ask, am I calling it the Healthy Weight 2020 Challenge.
There are two reasons. 1.
This is NOT a quick-fix fad diet! I want to show you how to
make permanent lifestyle changes that will gradually adjust your body
automatically to its ideal weight, and keep it
there. 2.
Until recently, as we began to approach the year 2020,
whenever we heard the term "2020" we naturally
related it to perfect vision. The first step in your journey
to healthy weight and a healthy body is to take an HONEST
LOOK at your body right now! You will discover your BMI,
your waist-to-height ratio and your waist-to-hip ratio. You
will make an honest assessment of where you are now, and you
will know exactly where you are going. I

site over the coming year, sharing life-changing
